Refund Policy

This page explains the practical steps our store follows for orders and support.

Eligibility and request window

Requests concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Voluntary returns for a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong size or option are not accepted. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Approval before return

Email hinesorr9890534@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photographs or video of the item, packaging, and relevant components. Wait for approval; the accurate return address and instructions are supplied after approval, and the General mailing address is not automatically a returns warehouse.

Replacement and refund handling

Replacement or exchange depends on review and available stock. Once a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
